Thank you for applying with Jackson Rentals! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our rental qualifications, which is handed out with every application. When applying with us, please be sure to fill out the application completely for every adult moving in. We are unable to begin the screening process unless all sections are filled out on each application.
A complete application needs to include copies of state ID and proof of income. All fees need to be paid at the time the application is turned in. The application fee is $51 per application (Subject to change). Jackson Rentals waives application fees for all active military. We collect $100 of the holding fee as part of a completed application packet. The holding fee and application fees need to be paid in separate checks.
Units are only held once a completed application packet is turned in with $100 of the holding fee. Once an applicant is approved, we collect the remaining balance of the holding fee. The remaining portion of the holding fee is due within 24 hours of being approved. If an applicant is denied, they will receive the $100 back. If they are approved and choose not to move in, for any reason, that $100 holding fee is non-refundable. Once the applicant moves in, the holding fee becomes their deposit/fee with $250 non-refundable and the remaining portion refundable at move out.
Jackson Rentals collects $400 for pets at move in. Pet deposit is $400 per pet. Jackson Rentals has a 2 pet policy. Service animals do not count as pets and no fees are collected for service animals.
